The app will not open after sending multiple trips. I looked up support and sent in the problem and was sent an automated reply that the mailbox is not monitored. I have an iPhone and the app stays blank. Tried different apple devices and nothing opens. Updated apps and operating system. Still the logo on white background is all I can see. Update and I’ll remove the review.

App could not find my reservation to import. Keeps saying the name does not match and to change the name in the profile. The name IS correct! Deleting app since the import function doesn’t work!

Every time I use it I get frustrated. I keep going ‘round and round w code and emails. Get some programming help w AI.

Running iOS 18.1. Entered a trip. Now app just freezes on loading screen whenever I open the app. Just stuck on the logo forever, so don’t know what the app can actually do.

App doesn’t work. I tried to add a trip by sending a confirmation number and an email flight info. Now the app just doesn’t work at all.

I have 19 notifications on this app on my homepage and there is nowhere to delete them. Annoying!

My return flight originates in Dubai, but I am only joining it in Milan. Both legs have the same flight number, but I can’t check in as my part of the flight does not show. I can’t change it in the app and no one responds to my inquiries

Buenos días. Solo quería decir que no descargue su app para tener información que fácilmente puedo googlear o ver directamente en un widget de mi teléfono cómo el estado del tiempo o que actividades hacer en el destino. Menos aún para chatear con un bot mal hecho con mínimas opciones. Además es tedioso para cargar los vuelos porque no los reconoce con el número de vuelo. Descargue la app para tener info valiosa del vuelo imposible de encontrar de otra manera como lo es el mapa de asientos en tiempo real. No sirve para nada la app porque no brinda ninguna solución a nada. Es redundancia, es basura cibernética ocupando espacio en un servidor y en mi teléfono. En fin, así cómo la descargué, la desinstalé. Escribo esto para que otras personas no pierdan su tiempo como lo hice yo. Espero que la eliminen o la vuelvan útil.

Constant server timeouts, can't recognize bookings, just a mess. This is one of the least functional apps I've ever downloaded.

One cannot add trips by forwarding the itinerary any longer. The AI also can’t add trips through booking number. Useless app. Avoid.

CheckMyTrip used to be the Gold standard. Now it’s just a stripped down version. Doesn’t reveal all the details of your trip such as Partner Airline PNRs for Award redemption bookings. No option to email yourself or anyone else the details of your trip. They now have this stupid AI bot messenger-like thing that is most annoying, wants to ask questions if your trip is for leisure/business and wants to recommend local places etc. The app has strayed far way from its original intent. All the 5 star reviews that you see here are from years past. What a shame!

App kept selecting wrong flight. AA reuses flight numbers so I get that’s not on the app but no way for me to change time or locations to have the app actually work for me. Very disappointed.

I accidentally submitted the wrong flight number and there’s no way to delete it. Now I have the wrong information saved as my trip and I cannot delete it. There’s no way you can communicate with them it’s all automated responses. Not sure how this is helpful at all.

I really love this app! It is easy to use, also really useful! Because this app, we never have to worry about missing our trip.

I’m using this App for the last several years and it is an indispensable tool.

I liked getting the notifications about my flight. They were reliable and the same as the ones from my airline app. But it said I had 4 unread notifications for days, even though I didn’t, so I had to delete the app just to get rid of the alert.

The app was so easy to use , had timely updates of my trips and upcoming trips reminders , changes and delays . Kept me well informed

Don’t waste your time. This used to be the best for my travels. It has saved me from missing an overseas flight twice when the airline delay would make me miss the connecting flight to Germany. Since the last updates it is almost useless. All the information that was so helpful is gone. So disappointing. I would have paid to keep the previous version. Deleted from my phone. Looking for a replacement.

Was never able to link itinerary- tried several ways available. Never showed my flight. Installed & used airline app and had needed info in less than five minutes.

Manually entered all the data for a complicated European trip. App could not find the flights from confirmation #. Manually updated 7 flights and it did not update! Yike! Might as well use Tripit or a spreadsheet. It did lick up my flights to Hawaii. Maybe the airline of the complicated trips are too much for the app. Gonna delete the app

I’ve literally been at the login screen for 30 minutes. I enter my valid email address, and it says that it will immediately send a code and that it will expire in 5 minutes. 5 minutes pass, and then i’m sent a code, even thought the 5 min time has expired. And I leave in 7 hours and it won’t even let me log in. This is genuinely so absurd.

Traveling is not as easy as in years past, but this app has helped me stay a bit more organized amongst all the hoopla. I’m new to this app and haven’t made time to learn all it can do just yet. It’s VERY easy to add tickets purchased in my name for my hubby and me, but I haven’t figured out how to add tickets that were purchased in my husband’s name for us.

I loved it on my trip to Europe. It kept me updated on changes .. gate changes , delays and anything pertaining to your trip. It informed me of my gates before the airport posted them. I will be using this app anytime I travel from now on.

Unable to add trip due to “age restrictions”.

Constantly struggles with adding bookings, sends tons of useless information. When you want to access flight details you really need you have to scroll endlessly.

Used to be my favorite app for travel things. Now just deleted it. First never finds flight info under booking number anymore, and now every time you open app you need to type in your email and get a code which is stupid if you can set up Face ID Touch ID or whatever but not that stupid way. Disappointed and deleted it.

I attempted to give this app a try. I should have read the reviews first. There is limited synch with this app. This app does NOT Work. Pass it by. There is NO tutorial or how to use guide. You are guessing at this.

This app used to be great, giving you updates on your flight in the airport. Now it doesn’t even register an itinerary! Looking at the positive reviews, they are from 5-6 years ago, now this app has become useless!

I’ve been using the KAYAK app and wanted to try this one out. However, unlike KAYAK, which seems to ingest confirmation emails that are forwarded to it quite flawlessly, this app does not. Therefore, it makes things more difficult. Otherwise it has a slick interface.

Super annoying SLOW Assistant based interface - just give us a basic interface with fields to enter!

I cannot count the time wasted with your app. It is not helpful at all. I have tried every reference number to add my flights. I have tried to manually add and it has only added half my trip. This app is not helpful whatsoever. I sound not have had to work so hard to get my trips added. Makes me so frustrated

How could they screw this up so badly. This app now has been rendered useless. Can’t check on any detail about your flight, only simple things like flight numbers and time. THAT’S IT!!! You can’t even see your seat and frequent flyer info. And if you have other people on the same booking? Just forget about it, you can’t check on anything whatsoever. What a f up update. Pointless indeed.

This app is just a scam to withhold your flight confirmation number. I’ve learned my lesson.

It used to sync trip details with the calendar, not anymore

Used to be the best traveling app… not it’s just an overly complicated chatbot under a wanna-be AI disguise that simply does not work.

I used to love this app and would use it to morganite every single trip and introduced it to several friends. Then they upgraded and it became completely useless. I wonder if the developers don’t see that usage has dropped. It would be better for them to revert to the former version honestly. This new version is just awful. I have moved on to other travel apps.

It is clearly on the airlines flight schedule for that day. I sent in request for fixing it and they said working on it. Still nothing done or working. I deleted it as we are leaving in three weeks.

This app was a very good travel app but it has lost it’s way. Recently had to load booking code (6alpha numeric) to get flight information. This was OK. BUT when it provided “check in” tap the app asked for the booking code. Why? No memory. App knows airlines but if you have already check-in the app can’t cross check with airlines. I find it’s best to use the airline app and merely use this app (if at all) as a quick reference tool

I tried adding my trip manually several times and it kept giving me wrong flight info, and there is no way to update just one flight of a multi-flight itinerary, which is very frustrating. I then emailed my itinerary as the other option suggested. When it came back it was still incorrect. Not worth my effort, deleted won’t try again.

Over the course of five days, I tried to add a trip using all three of the methods suggested. I tried to manually add my trip at least 10 times all to no avail. While this app used to be quite seamless, it now doesn’t seem to work and there doesn’t seem to be anyone you can talk to. The “assistant” doesn’t connect you to a live person. I’m ready to dump this app.

Something changed with this app and it’s totally nonfunctional, frozen screen, lost decades of travel data and absolutely zero customer service.
