The new update wiped out all my trips on my ipad, very disappointed.

New version is practically unusable! Unable to find reservations and show any itinerary details. Shows a blank screen instead of seat map. Previous version had bad UI but at least had decent functionality. New version has neither.

Useless after the update. Disappointed.

Great graphics but glitchy. Will not upload my AA flt to Berlin despite repeated attempts (manual option failed as well); misread my SCE destination as Newark AND posted wrong arrival time (no manual option to edit). FAIL

Im not really sure what this app is supposed to do. Their desktop version works fine. Its a little buggy and the user interface is unfriendly, but at least it works. The mobile app, and even their mobile website, is completely worthless. Im not able to see any of my trip information and it makes me wonder why this app even exists. It just takes me from the login to a loading screen that never ends.

Has a very significant issue - logs you out automatically every couple of days. Accordingly, you have to log back in again. Otherwise, very useful app to confirm your tickets statuses and store your trips.

I was hoping for the app to work better than the site but it isnt the case. The app is laggy and couldnt make it load any information from the server as it always time-out (and I did try several times over LTE and WiFi).

Cant get in touch with app support some screen dont show full view in landscape on iPad and dont scroll in iPad landscape.

Tried to add two reservations but only one could be uploaded. I did receive an apology but if it only works with some airlines or only 50% of the time it might not be worthwhile to keep it.

I like the use of the program on my computer but when I have to deal with it on the iPad or cell phone it is a major headache. I do not like having to type in my locator after signing in, I do not like the amount of time it takes to pull up my travel info, I do not like the forced use of the app when I try and pull it up in my browser. This app is just not as smooth as going onto the net and I am considering deleting it as I find most use of it is frustrating and not user friendly.

Using iPhone or Mac wont import upcoming trips via email or using confirmation number and last name. No problem importing using same email with other flight tracker apps. IMHO waste of time and effort.
