CheckMyTrip – Travel Itinerary App Reviews

Useful app, but started to crash constantly. Please fix.

I travel a lot and typically rely on TripIt to keep track of my travel plans. I wanted to try CheckMyTrip partly because the interface looked much more polished. Unfortunately, it fails to import my flight plans 90% of the time. So, after 4 months of frustration, Im going back to TripIt.

Makes me worry about safety of aviation TI... "We are unable to find this confirmation number. Please validate your entry and try again or contact us for further information. (8104 [1929])"

Incorrectly reports dates for some bookings.

Used to be very good. After update, only opened once, then crash. Consider to delete.

Works great on 2 out of 3 trips I have tried to input. For some reason it wont accept one of the trips on United although another trip that was accepted was United as well. This has the makings of a great app. It has all the pertinent information I need concerning my schedules and I really want to like it but unless it can consistently prove accurate. This is the message I get when trying to input one trip: "8104 - We are unable to find this confirmation number. Please validate your entry and try again or contact us for further information. (8104 [1929])" If this worked, I would easily give it 5 stars. I could be that good. Others had the same problem. Please fix!

Its a nice idea but this is just not a reliable app because it crashes all the time.

Application works fine and retrieved my travel info correctly. However, I see no value of it as it wont provide more than the info I already have and no functions provided.

After each release it becomes less reliable. It crashes a lot and does sometimes not accept trips. Really slow if used when not connected to the internet.

Persistently fails to retrieve and import the trip with KLM flights, be it iPhone application or the website version. Keeps suggesting to "contact your travel support desk" by clicking non-existing link. Worst attitude to customers I have ever seen.

Plz fix it crush a lot , cant import my trip to my account and calendar . Old platform was perfect .

Pls fix bugs and update for the iphone 5 screen!

I live in the US, Im traveling in the US, and why can I not get temperatures in Fahrenheit and not Celsius. We dont use Celsius in this country we do not use metric in this country. its great if you have it but lets use what we are using in the current country that we are traveling in.

Total waste of time. Cannot even validate account activation. Fix this bug.

Not so good - login process needs to be improved! Sometimes I cannot find my reservation at all. Using TripIt is definitely easier for tracking your trips.

Great for biz/personal trips!

I recently started using this app and love it. It is really handy having my trips at my finger trips

Must have for frequent flyers

I can see my trip and everything!

This new version looks great! However rather buggy. Hope it gets ironed out soon.
